2026 — Seen in this photo (taken by me) are Sindhri mangoes. Mostly grown in Sindh, we’ve had these to our fill الحَمْد لله. The difference is that this year we’re getting these as ripe as you can get, so we’d leave them outside for a day, or straight to the fridge. Yummy! I still want to make a mango shake with these, in my late aunt’s style. She would mash these with a fork then add milk and some sugar, serve it with ice. This was back in the day in Karachi when I was a student. May Allah Bless her soul. آمين ❤️ Let me make some tomorrow إن شاء الله - as for all you out there, having any mangoes?
