Here's my workflow for any email that tries to sell me something. Inside of Apple Mail on my Mac, right click and select Block Contact. Right click again and select Move to Junk.
This way, I never have to see another mail from the same sender. And once I have time, I train my spam filters to ignore such emails. Since that is a manual task, I do it once every month or so.
What's the idea here? Unsolicited email that gets through your spam filters, might be from a legit sender, but it's still an interruption. And to get work done, it's best to keep interruptions to a minimum.
Besides this, I also have an older article that shares some more tips, you can read it here. Until then, keep blocking anyone who's trying to sell you something.
